Nubby the boxer was born with 2 legs. He was very weak and no one knew if he’d make it at first, but he got stronger and spunkier every day. His family was amazed, and his dad especially fell head over heels with him. Now that he’s grown up, he helps his family foster litters of puppies!

I love what he says at the end: “I don’t care if it’s a dog, a gold fish or any animal... once you make that commitment, it’s your job to make sure you give them a quality life!” ❤️🥰 I totally agree!

  • I know this video is 3 years old, but it is so incredibly heartwarming that I have watched it over & over again. Thank you to all of the beautiful people who rescue animals. There is a special place in heaven for you! Love & light to all! ❤️🌈

It's so cool to see how Nubby adapted. He's like part kangaroo.

"Just because you're different doesn't mean that you don't have a quality of life." I love this sentence so bad, go doggyy

These two are not humans. they are earth angels. God bless them both. As a tough mofo i hardly get tears, but this reminds me my girl and boy who passed last year and cried for a good amount of time. Rest in peace Laazi and Rango. You are a world to me.
  • As an autistic person, this video hits hard. Teaching people that others are different is a great thing to teach and seeing Mark and Lou continue to take care of him and never give up is a true inspiration to us all. Thank you, Nubby.

"We consider ourselves just average americans" If people like these were 'average' anywhere, the world would look a lot better.
  • This is not a story about a dog without two legs. It's a story about two very fine human beings with enormous hearts. I cried...with joy to think that there are people as fine as you in this world. Thank you for all you do.
  • Nubby is living proof that if he can overcome obstacles, so can you and unconditional love never fails!

It is lucky that these folks are financially privileged enough to afford all this healthcare. Many homes would not be able to work through so many expensive health needs. I'm glad he got himself a good life. He looks happy. I love the lesson they're teaching kids about seeing, accepting, and embracing differences.
