I love that you are over 50, and you are risking being "seen" in just a massive way. Thank you. Great example for others.

WW 4 point cheesecake (4 points for the !!WHOLE!! cheesecake) Please note: The cheesecake flavored pudding mix tastes fake to me. I like banana best, or vanilla. Also, there is no crust. 3 eggs 3 Tbsp sweetener (like Splenda) 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 3 cups non fat plain greek yogurt 1 small box sugar free pudding mix, cheesecake (or any flavor) Preheat oven to 350 With hand mixer, beat eggs, sweetener and vanilla Add in yogurt and pudding mix Beat well, until blended Pour into Pam sprayed pie pan Bake 35 minutes until firm (might be slightly jiggly) Cool on counter, then refrigerate at least 3 hours (overnight preferred)

I just recently found you and I love your channel. You’re doing a good job. Thanks.
  • Such great ideas! I can see the secret to success is being organized and planning ahead and that is where I have failed in the past. You have made this so easy and simple to understand, thank you Bobbie!

Watched while I was meal prepping for the week. I have chronic migraines and it’s been so hard to even think food when I’m in pain. So I’m starting to prep a reasonable amount when I feel okay. Your video was indeed an encouragement

In 2018 I lost over 50 lbs too!! When WW changed the program I lost my oomph! Now that the green program is offered I am back up and running again. Sadly I gained some of my weight back but I know I can do this! So so many of your tips on multiple videos I did too... watching your videos is a great reminder to pick up the new habits I had formed and go again! Thank you!!!
  • Congratulations to you!! I’m really enjoying watching you!! Keep it real , love it
  • Nice to know there's someone else out there who can eat the same food every day. Thanks for the tip on the smoothie. My husband brought home a bullet last year and it's still in the box. Will have to give your recipe a try. Sounds delicious and it has all my favs - coffee, choc., almond milk and banana.

I would love to give you 2 thumbs up. Thank you for being so real. I am exactly where you were at the start. You were “me” back then. I want to be “you” now. I’m subscribed now, I will follow faithfully so hopefully in a year I’ll be right with you, thanks again

I have always gained weight on weight watchers even though I ate below my points allotment, but you have inspired me to go back in and try it again! You have some great ideas!

Thanks so much for this video. I've been overweight for around 20 years. I considered the gastric sleeve but got impatient with all of the insurance requirements. I've signed up for WW a month ago but not fully committed. Tomorrow is the day I start fully committed. Thanks for the tips!

Bobbie, Im so happy to have found your channel. Ive have been searching for a ww channel that isnt a 20 something, with young kids, theres nothing wrong with that, I just can't relate. My kids are grown, i work full-time and Im focusing on me now. Thank you for your time and pointers. I look forward to more videos.
  • @EJNilsson
I am so SO glad I've found your channel today! (And I see you are only 2.5 hours away from me! I am in Mill Hall, PA 😊) I have about 60lbs to lose, so this has been so helpful to me, thank you!
  • Love how honest you are! I just found your channel and what a breath of fresh air!
  • Love your breakfast smoothie! I've been looking for a low smart point smoothie! I made chili tonight with turkey for the first time. My husband, daughter, and I loved it! I think it was better with turkey than beef. Sticky Fingers Memphis Original BBQ sauce is 2 sp for two tablespoons. It has 9 grams of sugar for 2 tbsp. I use to eat Sweet Baby Rays, but I like the Sticky Fingers brand better. I make my shrimp cocktail too. It is so much better than the store bought. My go-to breakfast is an omelet with cooked spinach, tomato, and Canadian bacon (diced) on a multigrain Sandwich Thin; coffee with fat-free half n half and Torani sugar-free salted caramel syrup. Total smart points are 4. Eggs, spinach, and tomato = 0 smart points Canadian Bacon (I use 2 slices) = 1 smart point Multigrain sandwich thin = 2 smart points 4 tbsp fat-free half n half = 1 smart point Thank you for sharing these ideas! I'm looking forward to seeing your fast food/restaurant video. I really need a lot of help there. I love learning new ways to cut the points. Have a blessed week!
