I had a gymnastics teacher who tumbled until this size and then literally only stopped when she couldn’t do a back bend. Haha. She stretched her over splits until the day her water broke. (Not at the gym, thankfully. Haha) Her son is an amazing healthy boy and does Parcour and tricking. He is 6. No amount of flipping or spinning bothers him. Whole family of little ninjas. Hahahaha. Amazing.

Staying active while pregnant is actually advised for most pregnancies as long as you aren't at an elevated risk for any complications. It helps you stay healthy, helps you feel better, and has proven to help ease the difficulty of childbirth. People who stay active and healthy tend to have a much easier time delivering according to numerous scientific studies.

Question to the lovely ballerinas out there: how much does the added weight affect her center of balance? Where does she stop in terms of dance since her belly is so big? If you're a mom, did you still try to dance while pregnant? Heavily pregnant?
