When I was a kid, I knew this girl who was deaf. When I was a kid, sometimes people like her were institutionalized. Thankfully she was not. I would go to hang out with her and she knew it was time to listen to records. This was her favorite. Have not seen or thought about her in 40 years, but she taught me to love music. Her dad was the craziest drunk I ever knew (and from a life long punk rocker that is saying something)…I hope she is OK. Anyway- excellent add, and one that had to be here. Thanks for taking me deep into my memories.
