Highlights from Whitaker Center concert on May 19th 2022. Great night and unforgettable concert, Ritchie at times telling great stories, very entertaining. This was totally worth my trek from Texas to Pennsylvania.
Cheers!!!

  • I always respect Richie for doing what he wants to do rather than what a lot of people want him to be doing; he's paid his dues and I really like some of their songs, despite not being into folk.

One night in September 1962 I went to see Screaming Lord Sutch & the Savages in Barnet UK - on guitar was this scrawny 17 year old wearing a leopard skin - it was Ritchie Blackmore doing these amazingly fast solos!!!
  • He is the Greatest with his guitarcharisma, presence, attendance, how ever you wanna say it, he was and he still has it.

richie is doing what he lovest the most love it !!!! keep on rocking and going mr blackmore you have a awesome guitar style .
  • Yo guys. Blackmore has the right to do any music he wants to. They’re having fun. Stop with the BS because he doesn’t want to be an 80 yo man running around like a 20yo doing loud rock songs Eg mick and The Who. If you want the old Blackmore, listen to his old albums. But stop laying into him because he’s not doing what you think he should be doing. I don’t want to hear a Blackmore sounding like he’s in a tribute band to make bucks. Get over it.
  • Ritchie has damn well proved himself a long time ago. He can do whatever he wants now. Look at what is singing beside him. He’s the man.

Zweifellos eine Legende an der Gitarre. Einer der besten, wenn nicht sogar der Gitarrengott überhaupt. Ein Virtuose der seinesgleichen sucht.

Happy Birthday Ritchie Blackmore... on 14. April 2023!

Should charge more for added comedy show. With great music thrown in, you get a whole night of entertainment! Love them all!

‘The Druids…no one knew who they were…or what they were doing there’ 😂
  • Ms. Night is a beautiful soul. Always so happy. Happy Ritchie found someone he can't make mad. I believe she is keeping The Master working and moving. Ritchie deserved that.
  • Love the way the fiddle and guitar work together with the voice floating over all

I was lucky enough to see Deep Purple back in the 70s Mr Blackmore was brilliant 🤩 inspired me to play. Best of luck to Ritchie, and his fantastic band 🙏🏻👍🏻

Very nice performance. Incredible musicianship and lovely vocals. I'm a long time Ritchie Blackmore fan and I've liked Blackmore's Night for many years too as well as Deep Purple and Rainbow.
  • @Shyann1
    I love medieval times....Cheers Ritchie 👍
  • Sin duda este estilo es el que le acomoda a R. Blackmore en esta etapa de su vida. Mantiene la excelencia manifestada
  • As someone who was around to buy the original release of the earliest Deep Purple albums and then was blown away by the arrival of Rainbow I feel the need to say that the combination of Ritchie's guitar skills and Candice's heart piercing vocals and woodwinds plus the wonderful backing musicians in Blackmore's Night make it my very favorite of all of Ritchie's musical work. It's the combination of heartfelt lyrics and beautiful melodies and a feeling of love and friendship that emanates from the stage. It's like you accept the band as a part of yourself and they accept you in the same way. It's the old "All for one and one for all". You can laugh, smile and shed a tear without embarrassment because you're amongst friends.
