Each Chaos Emerald gives you an unique power in Sonic Superstars. After collecting all of them, you can also turn super! Here's my video showing all the powers and how to use them.

Why don't SEGA make real super forms for Knock Knock and Tails and Amy instead for giving them just a brighter color, why don't they give them special shapes like Sonic has? 😠

Didn't Shadow use the green emerald to teleport? Where did that power come from? I'm surprised he didn't suddenly grow trees all about instead. XD

Personally, I like the idea that the Emeralds have their own individual powers to make them more identifiable instead of just a power boost, kind of similar to PMTTD with the Crystal Stars.

Hmmm the blue emerald power might be playing into sonic frontiers. remember in the super sonic boss fight against giganto if you do super sonics special move he duplicates himself to do more damage on him? 👀

Here we have Amy and Trip borrowing powers from the Mario series, Amy throwing multiple hammers is reminiscent from Hammer (Suit) Mario and Trip throwing Fireballs reminiscent from Fire (Flower) Mario
