Yet again, nothing about continued Russian advances around Toretsk, nothing about Russians fighting inside Chasiv Yar, nothing about a supply road to Vuhledar being cut. This news provided by The Telegraph is so selective that it amounts to misinformation.

  • Using GPS in the Army nearly 30 years ago I always wondered what the point of training with it was since it would obviously be jammed in wartime (we were training against Soviet now technically Russian tactics). It absolutely blow my mind that anyone is surprised that their GPS is getting jammed.
  • I continue listening daily from Colorado. I also continue trying to do what I can to raise awareness of the situation in Ukraine. I spoke with four people this week at work who had not heard of the missile attacks on the children's hospital and on the maternity hospital last week. They know more now.
  • Krinki besides enormous causalties now they disclose there are 1.000 eliet troops missing in a offencive that was clear to everyone was going no where.
  • Biggest mistake Zelenskiy did, was to replace Chef of Staff Zalujniy

Verity Bowman's reporting can be challenged on many levels. I wish her luck. Otherwise, thanks for another edition.

Parliament looks to investigate Krynky operation. In an interview with RFE/RL, Bobrovska noted that the operation, which began in late 2023, may have been of questionable military value. “In my opinion, this area has received the least coverage of all. It has been significantly overlooked throughout the operation, since late October [2023]. There were already signs that should have alerted us to the fact that troops were ordered to advance without realistic objectives and support.” On July 16, Ukrainian media reported, citing a source in the General Staff, that Ukrainian troops were forced to retreat from Krynky. The news has led the Ukrainian public to question the soundness of the entire operation, which is seen as a failure to produce meaningful results, costing Ukraine dearly in personnel casualties. In the TOP-3 of the maddest persistent operations in military history. Deepstate [a UA site] have updated their map on Krynky, and just like that, the glorious 'Krynky breakthrough' is over, catch is, it was over like 2 months ago, but Ukrainians insisted it wasn't lost like Soledar.
