Hello! Thanks for your vídeos they are helping me a lot to relax. These days I feel really stress about my voice. I'm a music teacher and about almost a year ago I had surgery in my vocal chords because they found an intracordal cyst. That's why I had been struggling all my life... That was hard. I was doing an amazing recovering but after my reincorporation at school I am having problems again. I have experts helping me but It is really really hard .. I just wanna ask something because you say that sleep can help a lot but I wake up every morning with my voice really bad. Actually for me is normally the worst part of the day. It feels tired, broken, low and not working at all. I have ask and no one knows how they can help me. If you have some explanation will be awsome. Thanks again for your vídeos ❤
