I guess it's best to wait a little longer for the ultimate sea vessel which can efficiently convert sea water into hydrogen used as fuel.

Where would all the fuel come from? Most of these would useless within weeks, then they'd be destroyed by the sea.

the problem with all of those is fuel. once the main fuel is gone...good luck finding a place to refill this...and to do it in an efficient manner on your own if finding oneself trying to manage in a dangerous world.
