I have build a planted aquarium for Angelfish with all the left over substrates, rocks and stones from my other aquascape projects. I have propagated stem plants from my established tanks. Aquarium internal filter was a used one from another tank and bio media is taken from a cycled tank.

Reusing and recycling helped me in building a planted aquarium for Angelfish on a low budget. I am using this aquarium as a grow out tank for angelfish fry for now and I might use it for something else in future. Aquarium plants consists of Water wisteria, Rotala, Bacopa, thin Vallisneria and Java fern. Some small pieces of driftwoods are scattered around the tank. Riverstone around the tank and especially over a sand substrate make the tank very appealing.

I hope you would have enjoyed this low budget planted tropical tank video for angelfish, I really appreciate your time and would highly recommend subscribing for more updates.

Thank You

Nice buddy, I love the way the peaceful tranquil music kicked in when you flicked the switch on the filter, nice touch.

The tank is stunning. Can you share some advice on lighting and CO2 needed to maintain the plants. I have tried to keep a planted aquarium using liquid CO2 and up until a recent light bulb and location change, it was doing OK. However, now the plants have died back and I can't get them back to how they were. Appreciate any advice you have, or links to videos you have made on this topic. Thanks!
  • If there was any air bunker, wil it give any damage to fish or tank in future?
