I don't think Zoro will leave the Thousand Sunny until Nami maps the entire world. Luffy has also said that he intends to sail the whole world.

for me I think the fate of the straw hats post OP is: Brook: Eternally be this storyteller/bard that perpetuates the legend of Nika and Luffy Zoro: Be a wandering swordsman till he visits Kuina's grave Nami: Return to Cocoyasi Village and make a cartography agency (which would sell VERY expensive maps for the whole world) Robin: Should Lilith and Saul not die in Elbaf or the Final War, they could essentially rebuild Ohara (as well as add in some guards or PX's to ensure that the island wouldn't be attacked by any World Government supporter) Jinbe: Return to Fishman Island and fulfill Queen Otohime's wish of Fishmen living in the surface Chopper: Become essentially a walking panacea (as in, a doctor with pretty much endless knowledge on how to treat diseases) and maybe even be the 2nd hand man of the legendary surgeon himself, Trafalgar Law Usopp: Returning to Syrup Village and telling his history, as well as bringing in some giant buddies to evidentiate (which would lead to him becoming somewhat of a patron saint or town hero) Sanji: Upon finding the All Blue, he'd make his own restaurant and maybe, just maybe, return to Pudding (should they still meet) and maybe having Katakuri as some cooking apprentice (mostly cuz it would be funny to see Sanji repeating Zeff's cycle of tough love/teaching on someone else Gordon Ramsay style on someone else) Luffy: I actually have no idea, maybe he's just gonna go around being this big partyman who makes a carnival wherever he goes till he dies
