  • I’ve done multiple water only fasts and just got my first cancer free test a few weeks ago. It took 2 years for me to get there but I got healthier and stronger along the way.
  • My grandma (late 80s)had a slow benign tumour in her head that was growing slowly for many (10) years. The right eyeball was slowly being push out. Then she suddenly lost her appetite and ate very little with days of fasting in between. After a few month we realised her tumour, swelling behind the eye was gone and even got some of that eye sight back. Seems the tumour died after the period of fasting and low nutrients, amazing.
  • Fasting transformed me into a completely different person. A much better, calmer, nicer and smarter person.

My uncle had colon cancer. Denied chemotherapy. Prayed about it and went on an all veggie juice diet. That was some 4 years ago? Still have an uncle. Fascinating stuff!

Well, I had a tumor discovered in my left breast (non cancerous) 4 years ago. Before I had it removed, I did a 4 day water fast and the size was reduced significantly. Last year, then found a 27mm cancerous tumor in my right breast after a Mammogram. I did a 4 day dry fast before my CAT scan and the cancer tumor reduces to 18mm. Fasting does help

What's terrifying to me is the sheer number of cancer sufferers. When I was growing up (1970's), occasionally you would hear of somebody dying of the 'Big C', the era of largely unprocessed foods, and long gaps between meals. The usual answer given out, of course, is improved diagnostics. I know that this is anecdotal, but I know scores of people in midlife that have died of cancer, especially of the digestive tract. Diet HAS to be key.
  • I can’t say fasting will cure all cancer, but I can tell you that it absolutely helps while taking chemo. I fasted for 64 hours during chemo IV treatments ( started ~8 hours before chemo and started eating again about ~8 hours after) and I felt so much better than not fasting. I didn’t have nausea, greatly reduce general level of sickness, and better energy levels. Chemo sucks! Fasting helped me survive it.

We have cancers growing and shrinking all the time. This is why you should fast regularly. I had a melanoma biopsied positive, when it was time for the surgery 3 weeks later it was gone. Did the surgery anyway and the specimen came back negative. Did I fast during the 3 weeks? You betcha!

I like this kind of videos. But I just like to point out. It is much more about the state the body goes into (when fasting) rather than cancer being starved. My uncle Pat was told by the doctor he had one month to live because of liver cancer. He fasted for 16 days and then went on a vegan diet. He lived another 25 years until he had a car accident.
  • I have been told by a doctor that many cancer cells are highly dependent on blood glucose levels and that fasting can dramatically limit cancer cell ability to replicate. I have even seen a doctor intentionally put himself through ultra low blood glucose states using insulin, and was able to cure his own cancer using this method. He had two of his doctor friends monitor him in these states.
  • I am fasting and feel good, headache is gone, body aches is gone!I love fasting! Thank you for sharing this information, may Allah bless you.Ramadan is a Mercy to all mankind.
  • @davidwalsh9850
I do a 6hr window to eat everyday with 18hr fast. I stop eating at 6 and can start at 12. I fast once a moth for 72hrs in a row. Sometimes a extra day or two.
  • @jason5265
When my dad was doing chemotherapy, HCPs kept encouraging him to eat and my mom’s sole focus became getting him to eat. It seems like allowing the patient to fast could be beneficial though. Healthcare community seems to think fasting is harmful even when the patient is obese.
  • You are by far one of the best teachers I have ever come across in my entire life. You have a bright future in yhe online teaching space brother!! Thank you!!!
  • @ShoshanaBrand
Great video, and from my experience - highly accurate. I cannot understand anyone relying 100% on chemotherapy, injections, vaccines, chemicals, or anything else that physicians today prescribe to us. They all work for big pharma, and will never use preventive medicine or tell you to stop eating. None of them have critical thinking abilities. But by using Tai Chi I healed within 3 months a broken elbow, and using herbs and ice baths I healed arthritis, and after a fast of a week, my headaches were gone entirely. No physician told me to do that. I am my own doc.
  • @seathywealth
I did 14 days on water only in 2018. I could've went longer but that was my goal. Fasting without a plan to change ones eating habits will lead back to the same issues one was having. Dis-ease in the body.
  • Dr. Seyfried here on Youtube is the only doctor who has done over 30 years of research on cancer as a metabolic disease, and is worthy of listening to...

What FASTING can NOT TREAT NOTHING CAN. My mother is 88! 30 years ago, she was diagnosed with Cancer. 12 days of fasting, one day dry, one day water only. It was GONE. Now she fasts ONE day a week for MANY years!!!! She is very active and stadies a lot!
  • @RogerMiller-td5yc
