Pretty much these are what the characters are known for:
Spongebob: being sus and a serial killer
Patrick: smart and has strokes alot, also destroys most cars that hit him.
LOUDWARD: breaking ear drums and stalking spongebob and patrick
Mr Krabs: crapping his pants and dying from overdoses
Sandy: known for being struck by vehicles but also being sus sometimes
Gary: known for being kicked like a football by spongebob
Plankton: doesnt exist. the characters have false memory of "Plankton" but he never existed.
Mrs puff: same thing, spongebob believes he is her girlfriend for some reason but she also doesnt exist in ai_sponge.
