Brianna Lyston ended her season because of injury, which affected her for most of the outdoor NCAA season. She was always taped up or wearing a thigh compression sleeve, so ending her season early was clearly the right decision to prevent further injury and give her body time to heal.

The amazing Jamaican sprinters all are significantly older than Sha'carri now, so its either another Jamaican comes forward in her age category or we cannot be shocked she's beating them, even though it's only by seconds. It's hard to brag when that's the case....but of course a win is a win!

So inspiring to see pryce still hang in there. Hopefully, she has good timing at just the right moment a few more times. If not, her long run is still worth hanging her hat on.

realistically Richardson is the favourite and id be happy if she won but iv had a long standing soft spot for Pryce and i would luv to see her take gold for the 3rd time in her 4th Olympics 100m as i would imagine this is her last year of competing and definitely her last Olympics so id luv to see her go out with a bang
