We all make mistakes, but for your own sake. Please stop stealing from me. I will catch you every time and you will personally help load my stuff back up. As for this case we’ve resolved the matter and I’d appreciate if everyone respects them as we all make mistakes. And dude… please take your wife out to dinner. She deserves it.

Those cops will probably watch this too, and I feel like they deserve some acknowledgement for doing a good job here. Thanks guys 👍 Professional and efficient work 👏

He is not sorry for stealing, he is sorry for getting caught.
  • @MiticaF
Whoever granted that Search Warrant that quickly is a Legend.
  • “I didn’t need my stuff back, I just wanted my stuff back. I have enough money”🤣🤣

I feel so bad for his wife, you can tell she knew immediately that he was straight up lying when he denied having taken your stuff, notice how she physically distanced herself from him at the gate?
  • @aussieprincess
This man is a serial thief, he has been doing this for a long time and you’re the first person to actually catch him. He’s not sorry for stealing stuff, he’s sorry for being caught and having to explain himself to his wife and the police. You’re a bigger person than me, I would have had him charged.

When you spray-paint a camera and come back with an unregistered heist vehicle, you are a career thief. Guy probably paid for his house stealing and flipping tools, generators, car parts, all kinds of stuff. Driving around with black spay paint in the cab.... Every thief says it was the first time. This guy lived in an era without cameras on properties, probably been stealing for 40+ years.

That guy is not going through a difficult time, he’s a criminal.

For a guy who says “no excuses” he seems to have nothing but excuses to say.
  • @GadgetAddict
The guy has a big property, nice house, multiple cars and he's still stealing? 🤦‍♂️
  • @randyporter3491
This is felony theft and this old thug is getting out of it. His BS falls of deaf ears of every viewer on here. We all know he's only "sorry" he didn't see the other camera and sorry he didn't hide everything better. That said, big respect to the Sheriff's office and those deputies and detectives. They were proactive and wasted no time. That's rare. They set a high bar for other agencies to follow. I'll say this, there's not many, if ANY watching this, that would have let him off like this. He's lucky it was you. Thanks for sharing !

He claims taking 2 pain pills made him steal those items. I have to cry BS on that. It was nothing more than greed and envy. So glad you got your man toys back! Your a very forgiving man for not pressing charges and KUDOS to those wonderful officers.
  • @bentrig9128
Imagine the shame of knowing 25 million people have seen your face and know you are a thief. Everyone in this man's community knows what he is now.
  • @user-zb7tg5hi3t
Those officers deserve a big round of applause for how fast they took care of this.
  • @jiggyjongles
He's got such a nice property too. Absolutely no motivation to steal except for the thrill
  • @curt2079
Cody....I really respect how you consistently refer to your experiences with your father, that's what all men want to reflect on as you grow older...priceless memories !!! Your Dad made you into a class act !!
  • @lisakaye3935
The look on his face when he realizes this young guy is a much bigger man than he’s ever been.
  • @r1freak1
He is sorry “only” because you caught him red handed, otherwise he would never admit it.
  • THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST SATISFYING VIDEO I HAVE EVER WATCHED ON YOU TUBE! I wish it could go this way for everyone. I would HOPE that if people were educated and believed they were being seen when trespassing on someone else’s property, and especially stealing, and or destroying property…., they would seriously think twice before doing something so stupid. You were VERY kind to not press charges, and try to smooth things over with these neighbors by letting them it all go because you got your stuff back. BRAVO!!
