1 cup / 100 grams granulated sugar
1 cup / 200 grams salted butter ( minus 2 tablespoons )
Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F / 149 degrees C

I do so love your "mini" batch/portion videos, they are just perfect for 2 (or 3 people). Also, the fact you use grams is always appreciated (as an English lady, that's what I know and understand).
