SCREAMING. THIS WHOLE VIDEO IS WILD
  • @AbsolutelyBlake
I shared a bed with you at your parents house... can confirm, I'm a deep sleeper
  • @christinam3700
Anyone want to give Mike during this? I don't even like to look at my year books cause of trauma memories, let alone videos. Good on you, for being so strong
  • @jetsnacko
I started watching you pretty recently, but for a pretty big reason. I've been disabled since i was 17, and my meds don't mix with alcohol, so I've flat out never been inside a bar. Watching your videos made me feel like I had context for a part of the lgbtq community i couldn't really be a part of, and since I'm stuck in my house and pretty isolated, your bar rescue series kept me company through a lot of rough patches. You're funny as hell and I'd probably watch you read a grocery list at this point, even though I started watching because I wanted to know what getting inside a bar without needing someone to lift my wheelchair up 3 flights of steps with a forklift just to have a virgin cocktail is like. You're one of the youtubers that i have on a little shelf in my head to binge all their content again when i feel like shit. Obvs not here for the giveaway, but I wanted to let you know that your content has helped me a lot. I promise never to gift you a shirt if you ever go on tour because most venues near me involve stairs and i am therefore stuck outside. Proud of you for your progress, thanks for making me laugh.

The first one was probably the Grindr profile with Mac (I think I'd watched some of his fashion reviews and found you that way). I stayed because Hot + funny + bi + nice. Yes please! Love all your stuff Mike!

It was the Bar Rescue videos for me. I was in a "watching people react to Hell's Kitchen-like shows" phase.
  • @hydraian
You need to make one for the early time in LA ! Watching poppy, 4+1 minute donuts, liking the singer of the unicorn mask, etc.
  • @HereticReborn
I appreciate how you’re depressed and just try to go on. Do you get really bad anxiety too? I kinda get that speedy talking fast mania when the anxiety hits bad. There are so many days I can’t do a thing, it helps to watch you just do what you can and say fuck it to what you can’t and what other people expect. Thanks.

For me it was "My New Roommate Reads Your Comments!" i just honestly thoguht you were so funny and your roommate too. Obviously you both were also hella cute but mostly I felt the spirit that you actually have the drive and want to create content and be on YouTube. It just felt very genuine and fun, unlike a lot of other youtubers back then that were trying too hard and were way too serious about making it.
  • @mirrorocean
I subscribed to you way back when Mac started properly blowing up and mentioned some videos with you. Something about your personality just really stuck with me. Like there was something genuine in there. So I subscribed, and my hunch absolutely paid off! I don't follow Mac anymore but I'm still here :)
  • @froodcariad6399
My partner and I found you through Mac through Smosh, and I don't even know what video we watched first but we just fell in love with you pretty well right away! It may have been you reacting ro Mac's AI Cocktails? I watch your 1.5 hr Bar Rescue compilation every few days for comfort. You're pretty much my favourite Youtuber.
  • @DarkDragon1889
This video was a WILD watch. Saw your videos floating around the internet back then, but didnt subscribe to you until Mac's "I Made my 'Straight Friend' ™️ a Grindr" video. Been A1 status ever since and havent regretted a moment. 😂 Side note: it's very normal to cringe at your old self; that's proof of character growth. I get it: I was unironically a yaoi paddle girl in my hayday. No; I won't go into details. 😂
  • @relentless3781
Omg the first video I ever saw of yours was the everything you're too afraid to ask a bisexual man video. I loved it because you were so fierce and sassy in that video. and as a bisexual man myself who's questioned his own bisexuality more than once ; I became a fan of your channel ever since.this video was so informative. i may not have caught every video but the ones I watch touch my heart and made feel glad to be a bisexual man. Thanks MIKEMGTV for all the great videos.
  • I love your background but also i'd sell a kidney to see a video where Greg helps you set up your video background lol
  • @chaoskitteh
This is great. It's like reading my old fanfics 😂

hey mike! i first subbed to u a little over 2 years ago a couple months before my 21st bday. i am the type to research every before i do it, so i found you through prepping going to the bars for the first time. i think the first video i found was bartender explains how to order a cocktail at a bar. i loved your personality and how u talked about bar etiquette. u gave me the most realistic expectations and understandings about how to actually be in the real world of bars. that lead to watching ur videos about the best tools to invest in and not waste ur money, what different drinks tend to mean about u, types of ppl at the bars, how to order, etc. i was here through the whole surge of alcohol content and really learned a lot that helped me not embarrass myself or be too anxious. but really i stuck around because i related to how u talk about traumas n struggle to cope through things. i stayed through your whole journey of sobriety and finding the right balance for you. even through this last year and now lexapro mike 💚 i didnt know u and mac are friends for about a year or so, but once i found out ive been watching the podcast! the last few months of yall posting again has been the highlight of my day anytime i see it pop up. i didn’t know 23 yr old mike but i just turned 23 yesterday and it gives me so much excitement to see where i’ll end up 10 years into working on my own struggles n traumas n addictions. im so proud to see how far youve come 💚
  • @ashley.6.6.6
I came over to your YouTube after seeing the clip on TikTok of you shouting "YOU DONT SHAKE AN OLD FASHIONED!" And immediately followed after watching a video or two. Stuck around because your vibe is great! You're funny and very down-to-earth/relatable.
  • @nei_chan8201
I actually found out about you a little over a year ago, not long before I turned 21. I don’t remember exactly how I found your videos, but I’m so glad I stayed. I loved your personality and found you really funny and you also ended up getting me really interested in learning about drinks. Keep up the great work dude! Btw the background looks awesome ♥︎
