Solo Flawless Prophecy Dungeon | Destiny 2

Despite all the things I've read and heard about Prophecy, I actually found it really simple to solo flawless - with the right loadout, that is. I went from starting this dungeon solo 100% blind to solo flawless in under 48 hours. The most important thing, however, is the right loadout. My first run took me about 12 hours to do, but once I figured out the right loadout, I was able to do solo flawless using the same loadout. Personally, I'd say Prophecy is only a bit harder than Shattered Throne with the right loadout, and nowhere near Pit's difficulty. With a different loadout, Prophecy is easily the hardest dungeon.

As for the loadout, Ikelos_SMG and Assassin's Cowl are absolutely crucial. Using bottom tree Nightstalker gives you two ways to go invisible: the smoke grenade and finishing any enemy. Whenever I was low on health or there was a lot of chaos, I would just use my SMG to lower an Psion's health and quickly finishing it, causing me to gain invisibility and time to move and regenerate health. Ikelos_SMG is crucial to generate Warmind cells, as these were my primary method of clearing large groups of ads. The chain would usually go like this: kill ads with Ikelos, finish someone to go invisible, and repeat, until a Warmind cell drops, at which point detonating it will kill all or most of the ads.

The most important thing is taking your time. Invisibility gives you exactly that: time. Use the time wisely, and be ready to immediately finish an enemy to go invisible whenever you need it. Oh, and if your shields are down, spam Q.
