Absolutely brilliant documentation, thanks very much!
  • I'm so happy for this recent video ! Actually, I'm a graduate student, and I'm working on ultrasonic transducers. I have to test how efficient acoustic communication is by implementing modulation techniques using Gnu radio. I've already installed pihpsdr and want to know what are the librairies and drivers that I could install in order to transmit and receive using Gnu radio. There is a lack docs in this case so I'll be very very thankful for your help. Thank you!

I'm going to get one of those... Did you try it on the S2 Ghostnet? (Thanks for sharing, you did a great job)

what is the resolution vs the hermes lite 2 ? isnt the hermes better?
  • Such a nice set up if this was plug and go in a case it would be Super awesome as many won't like the configuration.

I think your channel is brilliant, and I have a question unrelated to this actual radio. But what do you use to see your spots with WSPR? I use a Hermes-Lite 2 with the IO board, Filter board and the enclosure. I saw it on your channel and thought it looked perfect for me. I integrated it with a Xiegu XP125B for a little 100 watt station and use a ~40 metre EFHW at my antenna. I also have it setup with an RF Sampler so I can use Pure Signal. Anyway a lot of the stuff I used was all based on your reviews/channel. So thank you mate!

I wonder if it's possible with the onbaord software to create a transceiver? I guess you'd need some kind of sequencer to detect the PTT switch and pull a digital input on the Pi to put the radio into TX mode and then trigger the PA? Great video 73

Show the filter board and rx/tx port combiner in use. Maybe a small PA as well 3 part series ?
  • Thank you for a very interesting video. I don't understand how the audio goes when the display is connected via MIPI DSI display port ? Thanks!

Awesome piece of tech but shouldn't be so expensive for what it is you can buy a sbitx board for that price that does 20w

You can do the download and start installing in one go, without having to use chmod (Change Mode, change access permissions) or executing the script by using curl to download the script and pipe it to bash: sudo curl -sSL yourURL | bash Switches: -s = Silent (no progress or errors) -S = Disable download progress bar, but show errors. Used in conjunction with -s -L = follow redirects (e.g. 30X response)

Cool but, the price for a single unit @ $263,000 + $4,000 shipping is a bit steep for me lol IDK if that 11% discount will help.
