She's been passive aggressive, overbearing, condescending, abrupt, lied, questioning, demanding. None of that is polite. Her whole body language is confrontational. She is not having a conversation.

As for evidence, it's evidence of herself messing up big style. Unfortunately for her, the data controller will not be able to delete it since it is evidence as will need to be kept just in case DJE makes a civil claim against the company. Also, unfortunately, DJE has his own evidence too. Everything she's said will be used against her.
