Very unexpected experience, was just looking around for a possible video subject and this security guy appears giving orders. Followed by a mad man, then a KAREN , then of course - the Police.

Apologies for the wind - was in the middle of a storm, I now have media mod for Go Pro meaning no more wind noise.

ENJOY !

The bloke who rang the police thinks he is so superior, smarter and smug.... What an idiot he looked!!

Once again there are always Police available for private Business, Funny That. meanwhile Burglary, Robbery, Violent crime they have no one to send. Best you can expect is hours on 101 only to speak to a grumpy operator that will give you a crime number and also inform you WE won't be investigating your crime.

A fine example of having a degree in something doesn't mean your are intelligent

Clearly she does not know the rules regarding GDPR and needs to go back to work and read up on those rules. Now she says her shift is finished, but what about the time before she claims her shift has finished. Just shows how much these people do not know about laws and shows how idiotic they make themselves look. It will be interesting to see if she has lied and is still working, my best guess is that she is still representing the company.

It's hard to believe that it took them nearly an hour to realise that they are the video content .

A Karen and two clueless little guys with badges and radios getting all hot under the collar. Imagine if they had to actually deal with a real incident or a real threat ๐Ÿ˜†

You would think the penny would drop when the photographer says they do these videos all the time, surely that is the sign that he knows it's lawful

21:00 She has been rude to DJE. You can be rude without swearing. She is clueless if she thinks not swearing means she's been polite. She's been passive aggressive, overbearing, condescending, abrupt, lied, questioning, demanding. None of that is polite. Her whole body language is confrontational. She is not having a conversation.

The woman obviously thought she was more important than you. She felt justified in filming you but felt you had no right filming her or her bricks

32:20 James and Julie have involved the police in the debacle they've created. They haven't just brought their employers into disrepute, they've brought the police into it too. They've highlighted that the police will turn up for a company on "code blue" top priority for a what is basically a "polite" disagreement about recording the building. No violence or serious aggression or threats which would be the case in a mugging or theft of property. Two tier policing.
  • @TheSadButMadLad
22:30 Julie admits that she's recording for the owners of the building. Her employer. Therefore she is caught by GDPR. So she cannot share it without anyone in the company except the data controller. As for evidence, it's evidence of herself messing up big style. Unfortunately for her, the data controller will not be able to delete it since it is evidence as will need to be kept just in case DJE makes a civil claim against the company. Also, unfortunately, DJE has his own evidence too. Everything she's said will be used against her.

Hands in pockets and beer belly ready for action.

The guy who made the phone call really did show himself up.. so full of his own self importance, at the same time showing the world how uneducated he is. He really is the gift that keeps on giving ๐Ÿ˜‚
  • @barry888
Look how she keeps holding her hand up gestures to the man to be silent , if that was a bloke he would be sexist etc etc
  • @kite2surf
You have to request the footage from Karen's phone ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜….
  • @TheSadButMadLad
50:30 Julie has just proved that she failed the GDPR course. She is the data handler. The company employs the data controller. DJE is the data subject.

You can get sick of listening to people who donโ€™t know or understand the law.
  • @AnthonySpringall
Is the site manager? If she is, she really needs to learn the drone laws.
