I wanna let anyone who wasn't around for the Pat Speedrun Arc know that nothing was off the table. 1 PM streams? 1 AM streams? Streams before a scheduled stream? We went mask off during that period. It was insane. But Pat reached top 100 so it was worth it.

Every time you talk about using parts of the level design to avoid fights or get places faster it makes me appreciate KH1's level design all the more. Man I love Fruity Pebbles.

I don’t know if Pat’ll read this but, this is the video. This is what rekindled my love for all of Kingdom Hearts after a messy breakup with the girl who introduced me to the series drained all of my interest in anything I picked up during the years I spent with her. I just want to thank you for the YouTube notification that made me care about this series again and for being a great YouTuber to fall asleep to every night.

Hey Pat, thank you for making this video! I've been dying for a bigger KH content creator to dive in to the world of speedrunning and I think you did a terrific job talking through the run! Happy to make a small leaderboard cameo, and hoping for a KH2 speedrun in the future (but not holding my breath!) ;)

This was so intresting to watch as someone who was (most of the time) up at 3am watching along to these speedruns, although this definitely made me realize how little I actually paid attention to what was happening lol. Also these vods just have a special place in my heart for being the first streams I ever actively chatted in, so it's great to see them all in a video format 💙

I’ve never really been interested in doing or watching a speed-run myself, but I was completely locked into every minute of this video! Learning new things about KH1 is my favorite past-time. And Pat’s commentary is alright too, I guess 😉

I just realized why time is such a theme in Neverland. The world is predicated on the fact that no one ages, meaning time is standing still there. So Hook is susceptible to Stop because he’s living in a place where time is constantly stopped. Also, you having to hit Big Ben is a push to start moving time forward again. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but I find this theory very cool. Edit: The push statue is janky because it’s on a track. So you have to start pushing it from the ledge of the track, then fall off that ledge, then keep pushing it. The weird glitchy pushes may be because you didn’t get Sora’s animations reset before trying to push again. That’s just a theory though.

Honestly this is kind of one of my favourite videos of yours after just watching it once, and I don't even know how to explain why other than it just feels like a genuine journey, a bit like the fun uncle telling you a wild but generally realistically ending story. At least I guess, I don't really have uncles like that. Either way, stellar video as usual, very reminiscent of the Level 1 guide but in a whole new light, I really enjoyed it
