No organ guns?!? Thats goin in the book, umgi

For any who don't know, you can hold Alt and attack ground with artillery. This is how you minimize friendly fire when the target is engaged with your units. Drop their payload on the back half of the unit, and you will avoid a lot of FF damage over just targeting the unit and letting your siege weapon use its best judgment.
-
Nothing beats the technical masterpiece of using Goblins as ammo. Not only is thid very eco friendly but it's also very effective because our recycled doom diver ammo will improve the accuracy of even the blondest of shots!
-
Plagueclaw Catapults should have made the list. It is one of the best Artilleries in the game and way way better than the Field Trebuchets.
-
How did Plagueclaw Catapults not make the list? That unit deletes infantry, has huge range, lowers leadership so units break before they get to you and they're very accurate.
-
No cathay artillery ðŸ˜. I feel like the sky junk should've been on here since they fly which makes them completely immune to getting flanked by cav charges or summons like skavenslaves
-
Hell Cannon got that zaza range
-
Dreadquake mortars is very devastating, yes. But they are also very expensive unit that requires T5 building. So in my opinion the best chaos dwarfs artillery is magma cannons - they are literally melting infantry even after nerfs. And they are only T2. The only disadvantage is lack of ability to reach targets behind cover. In my campaigns magma cannons always cause more damage than hell cannons (but hell cannons still good because of different hell forge limit).
-
Plague Claw Catapults should be in here for sure!
-
I mostly agree on this list, monstrous artillery is the best. But my number 10 has gotta be the the Ogre iron blaster with its crazy damage and multiple shots plus a admirable charge bonus for cycle charging in a pinch.
-
You should have included dreadquake mortar with iron daemon. Which give it more mobility an alternate short/mid range weapon and melee damage.
-
Necrofex can also fire it's cannon while moving, very important trait!
-
Cathays fire rain rocket is pretty great
-
Flame canon infantry melter. With 2 of those, you can kill an arachnarok spider LORD before it comes into melee with your infantry. Done it always vs greenskins.
-
Btw forgot to mention the little grom from kislev you can get it to 572 range with a small bit of the tech tree done but it has lack luster damage but dat range you can buff it even further with a tempest caster to almost 700
-
I find the sky junk and firestorm rockets from cathay, when used properly, melt infantry units. In my playthrough I get 500 kills a battle easy with 1 unit
-
haven't closed a video faster than after hearing 'sorry queen bess' XD vampirates ARE warhammer artillery as far as i'm concerned :D
-
Definitely a weird list. Cathay could fill three spots just by themselves
-
Honestly surprised to not see magma cannons from the chaos dwarfs. But then I remembered they got nerfed a fair bit. Granted they are still good but not as OP as when they first came out.
-
Organ guns and hellblaster volley gun, i mean its a damn gatling cannon and it shreds everything. most overlooked artillery in my opinion
