Please note- PRINCESS CATHERINE IS THE COLONEL OF THE IRISH GUARDS. SHE WAS THERE TO TAKE THEIR SALUTE! Her role as Colonel was why she made such an effort to attend today. She stood up at the window whenever they passed + saluted them at the end. She was there for them, as William was for the Welsh Guards, Edward for the Scottish Guards + Princess Ann for her regiment.
