    It makes perfect sense, Jim, once you understand that Dems have no issues with cheating at the ballot box to ensure that their power is maintained, preferably permanently. These are not millions of illegal immigrants to the Dems, they are millions of potential Dem voters. Citizenship SHOULD have benefits and voting is the most basic of them.
