I have a competitive build of atlanteans/deep sea. No halq, no expensive hand traps, no mermails in main deck. Love playing it and it wins more than loses against any deck, especially when going first. I built it because I like being unique and there are almost no pure atlantean/deep sea builds without mermails, and since I got the old Realm of the Sea Emperor structure deck without mermails in it as my first deck when I got back into yugioh, I was determined to make a competitive atlantean deck without mixing with the mermail archetype with atlanteans and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not very expensive either.

I think Dragoons is the main problem when building an water deck based on mermail. I simply do not understand why this card see no reprint, even in collections that undoubtebly focus on water supports.

Love the water attribute and even started playing mermails because my other favorite water, Graydles aren’t always consistent. Any thoughts on how to build a viable “Graydle” Deck? Ive tried many combinations and even mixed them with Kaiju. I need help from the water master.
