🧍🏻My Sizes

I'm 5'6" with shoes on and about 125 lbs after dinner. I have a 35" chest; I usually wear XS tops and 28x28 pants (or 28x30 cuffed).

My best suit jacket size is 34 Short, but even 34S needs alterations (mostly shortening of the sleeves and jacket), so my best-fitting suits are custom.

  • This feels like talking to that one chill uncle who only visits during the holidays and gives you and ur siblings 50 bucks before leaving
  • @freebyrdwins
“So you’ve turned 30 yo” the video. I feel you, man.
  • The biggest change in my life has been an electric shaver. I am bald, and it was such a chore to shave my head everyday. Now I can shave my face and head in three minutes as part of a standard shower with no cleanup. It's a game changer.

Betterhelp sponsorship is meh, Video is Good.
  • Can confirm that a good quality umbrella is a worthwhile investment. After years of buying 3 or 4 cheap dollar store umbrellas every winter, I bought a brand name one about 10 years ago for around $25. I still have that umbrella to this day and it's never let me down.

That belt is the MVP - went from 145 - 105 and this is the only piece on clothing that still fits lol
  • @TheSaiyanKing
Electric Lint Remover - it's like a pool of eternal youth for sweaters and beanies.
  • @PKJSR
Instead of purchasing longer charging cables, I recommend using an extension board. Charging cables carry DC current, which is more susceptible to loss than AC, leading to slower charging. To mitigate this, the cable would need to be thicker and have lower resistance. Furthermore, replacing an extension board is much more cost-effective than replacing a charger. An added benefit is if the extension board includes surge protection.
  • Hey Brock. Your channel has been one of the most useful channels I've known. It started with dressing sense and now I just use your advice in many little details in life. Thanks a lot buddy.
  • @KennyLiang
Paying for therapy has been a huge help - hesitant at first (w stigma) but has been ironing out traits, habits, and though processes for less anxiety
  • I've been into Anson Belts lately. Bought their belt hanger/organizer for $25. Very convenient, keeps the belts straight. Holds four Anson belts.
  • @alisadim81
Thank you Brock for all the info Wishing you the best
  • @mai9
You should try a reverse umbrella. The one you showed on the video leaves the wet side of the textile outside and you get wet when you touch it, the reverse umbrella leaves the water inside when folded.

Speaking about saving money - just one point about the sponsor of this video. In some countries, in mcluding where I live, you can get very good in-person (or via zoom) therapy services for less than BetterHelp charges. Therapy takes time, so an extra $10 per session ends up making a big difference if you do it for years. No hate on them, maybe for US standards their prices are competitive, but I'm sure in many countries you'll be better off just visiting a therapist in person.
  • @Nick-wj1bb
I enjoyed watching this video! If i had any suggestions i would say adding timelines with the different topics/items you talk about!
  • @theonlybuster
Great list! Very sensible and well thought out. I was always skeptible of "premium" boxers until I mistakenly bought a $13 pair that were on sale for $8. Since then I've been converted. But as you said, just because a pair of boxers exceeds $10 doesn't mean they're great for everyone. 32Degrees Mesh Boxers is my favorite budget premium brand. Separate is another one I've recently become fond of. Contigo is a superb budget brand for water bottles AND travel coffee mugs. I also love how easy they are to clean/wash. I like the idea of a mini pocket knife on a keychain, but having been stopped by over zealous TSA agents, I quickly abandoned this as I've had to part ways with these many knives on more than one occasion even after showing that the blade was much less than 2-inches.

Loved the video. Straight to the point, no long intro. All great products. Keep it up man
