Welcome back to the channel, and thank you to everyone out there still tuning in!

I know it's been a minute, I apologize! Been all over the place lately but we are BACK and with one of my most in-depth videos yet so you don't want to miss it! We're talking about one of the biggest blockbusters of the year today: Dune Part Two. It just got to streaming on HBO Max so I wanted to revisit it and dig in to the details to understand the deeper meaning and the bigger conversation behind the narrative of Dune. This is my first deep dive video, digging into specific aspects of a singular film, and I'm super excited to finally be able to share it with you all. You'll definitely want to watch this one all the way until the end, as we really get into all the different major plot points of Dune and the concepts that are the foundation of the film. Please subscribe to the channel if the content is interesting to you, AND turn on notifications so you don't miss anything! Like the video if you like it, and as always comments are the best way to connect with me! Especially on this one, since it's a new style of video, I'd REALLY love to know your thoughts on there on how you enjoy this video and improvements I could make! Thank you in advance for giving your two cents! All my socials are down below, follow me wherever you're at! Again, thank you, and I'll be back with another video soon!

I love your interpretation of Paul! I also do view Paul as not some manipulative cult leader that wants the greed and power to himself but rather a victim of his own prophecy. From the moment Fey entered the game, the situation was out of his control. He did everything he could to avoid the visions but his situation demanded it of him.

I’ve seen many articles attaching Stilgar as comedic relief. I strongly disagree with those comedic relief comments in relation to Paul as the Messiah. I see it more as a critique on the trappings followers can fall into when following a messianic figure. I think the comedic relief comments dumb down the character and messaging Herbert and Denie tried to convey.
