What a pretty grocery store! It's inviting and makes you want to buy lots of good, healthy food! Great ideas...thanks for sharing!

Good tips except ditch the dairy. There should be a pinned comment up here telling new people looking for healthy options that dairy doesn't fit that category

Show a fridge that you have to share with other people. That’s a challenge!

I’ve eaten eggs for years. I eat burgers love them. I did the keto thing years w. Since I stopped I’ve had 2 A/fib and my was saying I have 20% clogged arteries. Is it hard to give up love for love of eggs and burgers??

A missed partnership with The Container Store. The refrigerator, and pantry need to be better organized. One must realize the strong association between beautifully presented, well organized storage, and how strong it can entice good (or not so good) eating behaviors.
  • Garlic is a vegetable. The basic unit is one head per person per recipe. The "clove" is a scientific measure, akin to the minim, the scruple, or the Angstrom unit. A tiny curiosity, it has nothing to do with food.

I would rather die in my 50's stuffing my face with whatever than live to 80 eating this cardboard.
