Based on this, I do not recommend eating the protein found in chocolate that says high protein on the packaging or in protein boxes because it contains an amount of maltodextrin and palm oil.

Being over 80, I need more protein to keep bone mass, trying to consume a min. of 100 g. per day. Yes, I’d like to lose 10 pounds, but keeping muscle is my highest priority. The protein increase shocked my bowels, but increasing fiber corrected constipation issue. Truth is aging requires working with balancing several concerns.

I have accites due to ovarian cancer. My doctor advised me to eat a lot of protein 150grams at least a day. The accites has dropped dramatically from being drained 8 litres every two weeks from my abdomen and now to just being drained 600ml every three weeks.
  • Good morning Dr. Ekberg! This video couldn't have come at a better time because I've been trying to increase protein. Hope you have a great weekend!
  • Thank you. Didn't realise some of my problems, cramps, hair, edema etc was lack of protein. I will now up my intake of protein. Thank you again.
  • Don't limit your protein or fat. I made that mistake and went down and couldn't get back up. I'm a carnivore now and I feel the repair going on with several problems. IBS being the big one.

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
  • Great channel. 🎉😊 The digestive system is a tricky thing. It takes a minute to get it back in balance. TY DR. ❣
  • Once again a life saving video. Thank you Dr Ekberg 👏👌🙏
  • Pana wykłady powodują, że teraz rozumiem czego moje ciało potrzebuję, co mogę zrobić, żeby nawet w wieku podeszłym znowu poczuć się dobrze. Dziękuję!

Thank you once again Dr. Ekberg!! Very informative. Would love to see a video on protein intake for those with a solitary kidney who have to limit protein intake.

What I've always liked is the detail that is covered in the explanations. Thank you
  • @jena3044
I just like the way you take your time to expound your ideas to the better understanding of an ordinary man on the street without necessarily bombarding us with boring and unnecessary medical jargons. Thank you.
  • @ShanYalesTale

  • Excellent. Thank you, Dr Ekberg. This video explains so very much that doctors have not been able to explain. Am, always, very grateful for your efforts.
