this song just tugs at my heart at a way that makes me hurt and cry. meredith and derek deserved a happy ending, after EVERYTHING they've been through together. meredith deserves her husband. the amount of emotion this song holds makes me bawl. merder is endgame :,)

what if at the end of the series, this song plays as mer is passing away with all her alive loved ones around her, and then when she passes she goes into the afterlife and wakes up in the same bed she was dying in but with derek and every loved one who had died

this music makes me cry everytime, because I remember when Derek was alive and I also remember his amazing history of love with Meredith, I miss them so freaking much..Grey's Anatomy will never be the same without Derek :(
