like hello you had the money to fix your hotel so why didnt you ??? 🙄

Season 1, Episode 4

Gordon Ramsay visits The Keating, a 'luxury' boutique hotel in San Diego, California. Owner, Eddie Kaen, has blown millions designing the hotel to look like an Italian sports car, but neglected to spend money on things the guests really need.

Season 2, Episode 2

Gordon checks in to the Monticello Hotel in Longview, Washington, which is owned by Phillip Lovingfoss. He's a wealthy individual with a fleet of classic cars, an array of diamond rings, and an apparent drinking problem.

if the problem is ever actually the staff it'll be painfully obvious. it's almost never the staff.

The Keating feels like something that would be thrown together in The Sims.
  • No matter if it’s Kitchen Nightmares or Hotel Hell. The owners are always crying for help, but when Gordon gets there they smart mouth him and know everything better than him 😂 Meanwhile they’re millions in debt

The lobby of that place literally looks like a portal to hell with all the red. The name fits.

Update: “The Monticello Hotel is a historic property that is home to elegant Long-Bell Steakhouse and Seafood, modern Monticello Wood Fired Pizzeria, luxurious Monticello Place apartments and newly renovated event space. We are no longer a hotel. But the name remains and we still central to Longview history and social live.”
