  • As a veteran, and as a "man"... I'm disgusted at these cowards who stood by while children are being murdered... I'm ashamed at their excuses... It's simply cowardly...!

The fact that he just walked in that school is sickening. He should’ve never been able to just walk in. Also, all those cops that waited outside for an hour while these children were slaughtered, shame on you.

Those cops didn’t need “equipment” They need “balls”

Parents don’t stop asking questions until all are answered. What happened is simply unacceptable. My prayers with you.
  • My heart hurts for Annabelle's sister. I'm a twin myself and I could never imagine life without my sister, she's basically the only person I have in this world that truly understands me.

The husband died from a broken heart!! This is tragic!!

It's disturbing that it took that long for the cops to do anything. Really shows you how truly vulnerable you can be.

My mom works in a school. Im literally 5 foot tall and 85 pounds but I know for a fact that if this happened to her school I would still grab a knife from my house and speed over to run in and protect her. I wouldnt even give a single shit if I died trying. I would rather die doing something rather than live the rest of my life with more regret and than I already have. These cops had no empathy and would make whatever excuses they had to soothe their guilty conscience. They’re cowards who were too afraid to do their job, and because of that these innocent children and people were gone forever. I cant even imagine what the families of those who passed must be going through. Saying “im sorry for your loss” isn’t enough.

The AUDACITY that the interviewed officer had to say they aren’t trained and didn’t have the “right” equipment?! Are you kidding me?!?! It’s an absolute embarrassment for him to say this. Now, they can live with the 21 lost lives on their hands and I hope it haunts them!

As a veteran, all I can hear these cops say is "We aren't trained to clear a room like a tactical team/unit" - isn't that PART of the training and DUTY? I feel for the parents, the families. Sending all the best to those who lost a loved one.

This is why I home school. my grandson was misplaced for 3 hrs and they had no idea where he was. sending prayers to all, this is a horrible tragedy that could have been prevented
  • I’m not a police officer. But I’m a mom. I’m ashamed that none of those armed police officers had the courage to take action right away. I watched the video footage and those officers just stood in the hallway and did nothing the whole time. Those were babies in there. The mama bear in me would’ve screamed at them to act like men instead of the cowards they were or they should’ve just let the angry parents outside handle it.
  • To hold back a parent from trying to save their child is an absolute disgrace! as a fellow Texan I'm disgusted with this police department

I love how the cop kept saying what he needs. He needed this and he needed that. WELL THOSE KIDS NEEDED TO BE PROTECTED
  • @johnnywang206
The Nashville Christian shooting shows you don’t need all that special equipment the sheriff listed. Just need a rifle and courage. And Uvalde didn’t have the courage.
  • you can only praise and admire those brave officers in Nashville today...
  • @zeeporah640
Those 4 kids that lost both their parents within 1 week is heartbreaking. I have 3 siblings and I don't know what we would do if that happened. Sending prayers to them🙏💔
  • Lets just call a spade a spade, these officers didnt rush the shooter because they were scared. They didnt have anything but pistols and shotguns and were just plain scared, as an iraq and afghanistan Army veteran we are trained no matter what to go towards fire and/or return fire. These officers were just plain cowards lets stop acting like we dont know why they didnt enter. To be completely honest even without body armor or military grade ammunition there are still things you can do to direct the shooters attention your way if you arent going to rush them. By finding a place with cover you could scream and yell profanities to the shooter so he hears and sees you and turn his anger and attention your way, because trust me when someone is in a state of mind like that you can easily provoke them to focus on you with a few choice words, instead of allowing them to continue focusing on those little babies. You cant tell me that these officers didnt atleast have chest protection, so there is no excuse as to why they waited for tactical teams. This is truly a mark of cowardice, and as an Army Veteran who saw action this is unforgivable and all too obvious to me. So, once again, lets call it for what it is and stop acting like we dont know why they waited OVER AN HOUR to confront him. They were probably fat, lazy, local town cops with no combat experience that were used to handing out speeding and parking tickets and dealing with drunk drivers. THEY WERE SCARED. THEY WERE COWARDS. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD.
  • @khaotictrash
That poor man died from a broken heart losing his wife to a cold hearted killer, I can’t imagine what their kids are going through losing both of their parents in less than 24 hours 😢💔
  • @mno3243
I couldn't imagine not only losing children but watching the news everyday and watching it over and over. I feel so bad for these families
