I felt so badly for this kid. I can see why he freaked out - he seems to have quit drinking, and is going to school to get a good job for his family. BUT, it's past time for him to MAN UP. He's extraordinarily childish. That's why ya feel badly for him - because it's like watching a 6 year old boy crying his eyes out and it breaks your heart! Not cool that his kids could hear him just because "Daddy" has the SAME emotional maturity as them. He's GOT TO grow up! But he's putting his life back together. Hope he's doing well & gets some counseling. No shame in that! ☮

Judge probably said do not drive. Sounds like he was on probation and he violated it. It’s possible that he could finish out the term of a sentence that he was supposed to finish but was given probation instead and he messed it all up.
