the smile on his face makes it so much better

Dude that was unreal... This guy deserves all his endorsements and praise. Finally just nothing but groove and feel. Puts these chop guys to shame. And he's a Christian, he's beyond gifted. Also he's a Zildjian, Yamaha, and Evans guy. Just yes.
  • @musicdev
K props to everyone for still keeping time during that drum solo, that's impressive.
  • More of Larnell, please! Who cares how many times he’s on here. I’ll watch!
  • @BBT609

I just watched a man play a reverse cymbal live. I need to go to bed. I'm sorry, I need rest now... 6:04

I've been watching this guy for a few years now. One of the most impressive drummers around. I'm just amazed at how clean he plays, his great grooves, and endless bag of chops.

When i say I stayed up knowing I gotta wake up at 4am just to play this over and over .....not even mad ....worth it Watchin it again lol
  • My absolute favorite drummer now 😂. Every hit is a note but that long pause was also a note!!! So dope!!!! How many people you know use a pause as a lick?!?!?! Lol
  • @eucabusas
I love Stanton Moore's reactions on the side lol 2:27 after that stack fill, he started smiling and bobbing his head Also another reverse cymbal before a stack hit at 3:19

Even when he dropped a stick, he never lost the beat. Larnell is a BEAST! So tasteful & innovative.
  • @granzert1711
Pity the first Zildjan Live! is still the best. There have been some good entries, but no one beats Larnell.
  • @Perrythedrummer
This guy knows how to service the song rather then his ego! Tastefully done fills, locked in Rhythm. Best drummer of the series!
  • @83jamster
I'm digging the sound engineering more on this than the VFJams Live Series
