❤...funny how I have used your channel for inspiration and information on traveling around the US in recent years, meanwhile you waited 2 decades to go where I was 20 years ago this year! Sad fact: after we checked into our hotel in Wurzburg, we popped on CNN to hear the breaking news about the 2004 tsunami.
  • Amazing, I went to California in october before that I looked at your videos and now you are in Europe. I'm from Belgium (Bruxelles) near Germany. Gute Nacht und viel spass
  • What a great video! I went to Italy in 2006 and it was life changing. It was so cool to see the option of the bike tour. I also appreciate you guys sharing the hiccups of your trip like the tire change, wifeys bottom issue and the lost phone, how tired the fam was. 😊

As we are planning our trip to Yellowstone this year, I found your videos very helpfull. But here it was so funny to see our home country (Germany) through the eyes of an american family. Great trip and what an experience for your kids.

Hi there! I understand you and your nice family were amazed by Rome! I hope, and guess, you will have stars in the eyes when you visit Paris (Rome and Paris are twin cities by the way). "Only Rome deserves Paris, and only Paris deserves Rome" France is waiting for you Young Travelers 😂❤
  • @robiness6019
WOW!!! What an awesome trip! Great info as always, and we love the honest reviews and information you give.

Hey there 😊 That’s kind of funny to see, that you visited my country (I’m from Freiburg, next to the Schwarzwald and also near to the Alsace in France). Because my fiancé and me was watching so many clips from you about the Tetons and Yellowstone and more before we did last year an roadtrip through all the spots you explained on your channel ^^

Thanks for sharing Matt and Cheryl! Loved your video. Rome is definitely on my bucket list 🇮🇹🍕🍝
  • Epic family adventure and great video quality! I'd love to hear about your experiences with editing amd uploading to youtube.

What a great trip! And the logistics of planning for so many people, my goodness. Now you've got to go back and see Florence and Venice.
  • @HaswellTravelled
Wow - you covered a lot of ground in two weeks with such fabulous locations. Great to see the family having such fun. Definitely a memorable journey for your kids. We love Europe and I see you've got the bug now too. Well done 👍. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend 😀.

That whole losing cell phone while peeing in the bush is somethin that would happen to me for sure. Love your travels. Have fun, stay safe

Love your channel (it's been great in helping me plan our trip to Utah & the Grand Canyon). Being English, I thought it would be cool to see how you guys see and perceive a section of mainland Europe I also know well. As always, you delivered! Love your authenticity. Also love your comments on differences between the German and Italian cultures… [Driving in Italy], "Stop signs are meaningless and garbage cans optional." So funny, yet so on the money! I just hope you went for the full European experience and drove a manual (stick-shift) car and not an automatic. That really would have added to the excitement of driving in Naples! Keep up the good work 😄

What time of year did you go? It seemed really hot. I enjoyed the video. thanks.
  • @daniellemirelezz
Do you have the itinerary you made available to future travelers? Also, what was the cost for this trip? Either per person or for the whole family... just curious how doable it would be for my family of 6
  • So, I have a question. I love to travel but have to work. Do you guys have another profession besides Youtube?
