You Raise Me Up

When I first heard this song some years ago I could almost see Him coming as I waited in my sin and shame, He raised me up dusted me off and set me on the path He had planned for me before I was born.Thank You Lord,and thank you for sharing this song it is so inspiring.

i was in a major motorcycle accident Sept 6 2019. I was thrown under the back wheels of a truck. No way i should still be here GOD protected me and kept me on this earth. I have dedicated my life to bringing Glory to our lord and god. He raised me up!!

Have we embraced Jesus today? There is nothing more important than Him. Our shoes, our cars, our bank accounts pale in comparison. Thank you Jesus.

At 17 my parents had to make a very tough decision I came down with a severe fever that put me into a coma it attacked my organs at 17 inhad a full hysterectomy and left lung transplant. When I woke and was told what all happened I had so much anger inside me and just asked why did the Lord let this happen as the years went by my anger started to fade away and that same year I lost my older sister who had just gave birth to my nephew who now I have custody of since birth and is raising him to be an awesome young man I feel my sister with me everyday and feel that this was the Lord's plan. I love you sis I'll protect him with everything in me

I am in love with this song. I love the words. I live alone. I have three boys and grandkids that I never see. I thought it was because I was so far away. So I bought a place closer to them but it wasn't that. But after listening to this song makes me feel like I see the heavenly Father closer to me

I have been searching and finding comfort in some of the songs that I learned and heard when I finally came to give my life to Jesus over 20 years ago. These past few months have had so much tension and I am trying to calm my soul and trust Jesus once again, turning from a few years of selfishness that caused me to change my focus. Now Jesus my focus is on you whether you come back tomorrow or many years down the road, you are so worthy Jesus and I am sorry for my selfishness.

I love this song. Whenever my depression gets really bad I listen to this song n pray. So thankful to Jesus for being my salvation 🙏

This was my moms favorite song, this always reminded me of her and how she struggled battling cancer. She passed away in 2018. I miss you mom! i hope to see you again! 😞

My wife believes this is music to the soul. She hopes and prays that Get mum, who raised her up on her own, is proud of her. Also gran and grandpa. I did my best for my Saviour Jesus.
