If you are thinking about having a pool installed, this will give you a good idea of the process and how much work is involved.

Original Design:    • Riverbend Sandler Pools

Total Cost: $95k

From dig to final city inspection, the project was exactly five months (5/12 - 10/12). The Badu Jet installed is the wrong model (plastic anti-entrapment cover instead of stainless steel), but we are working with them to see if we can get it corrected. After the final payment, the work really slowed down and Riverbend Sandler still hasn't addressed the open issues.

Electrical: R.B. Electric
Fence: Texas Outdoor Oasis

Video speed is 1200 times normal.

I love the light blue water, it's more enticing

Someone has sharply increased its wealth. Congratulations! A very good job. I wish very good moments around the owner's pool. And the builder will certainly have many more objects like this one. :)

5 months and 95k is way too long and way too much. It’s beautiful, no doubt. For 95k I would have expected a bigger pool, a waterfall, and better landscaping.

Nice work guys, your pool is awesome.

As if your yard wasn't small enough and closed off already... you go put a pool right in the middle of it and surround it with a taller fence. Good job. 👍

I did not know pool took this kind of workmanship and hours. Wow. It must cost a lot.
  • Beautiful pool guys, hopefully putting all the lines under the pool wont be a problem in the future.

I was humming the king of the hill theme while watching this

They just finished installing the pool tile yesterday. Thought we were 50% of the way done. Based on this time lapse, we're more like 35% complete.
