This really worked!!!!! My mother was hospitalized for respiratory infections and had to be on oxygen. I saw this video and had her to do this exercise and while measuring her oxygen before and after. She was at 91 before doing and after doing she was at 96❤❤❤Thank you for all of your information.
  • Sing, sing a song Sing out loud, sing out strong Sing of good things not bad Sing of happy not sad Sing, sing a song Make it simple to last your whole life long Don't worry that it's not good enough For anyone else to hear Just sing, sing a song

I woke this morning with difficulties to breath, dizziness and purple blue tongue. I called to my primary and nurse called me back to tell I need to go to urgent care. I asked her what can I do to I crease oxygen ? Can I take a walk ? She answered I should not move much because it will reduce oxygen. That’s didn’t make any sense to me. I am glad I came across your video
  • The diaphragm is our grief organ. Cumulatively it harbors all our grief and can become stiffened from grief. What a sweet organ the diaphragm is. Breathing gives it our love. Thank you for this video.
