Drawing from personal experience, I can confirm that this clip faithfully portrays a man's initial experience with a Japanese toilet.
-
I love how Randy pulls his pants down to his ankles and then waddles over to the toilet like a little kid. It’s such a small joke, but it works perfectly lol.
-
I still remember when I first took a dump at an airport in Japan, I forgot the name of the airport, but I will never ever forget the whole pooping experience. It was incredible

Randy is what kids who grew up on South Park became.

What's really funny to me is that this is actually an accurate representation of Japanese toilets. Literally everything the Home Depot guy is saying is true, even the fact that the toilet can sense you walk into the room, lift the lid, and play music.
-
I'm so happy South Park seems to be back doing random episodes about different situations instead of story driven seasons.
-
The thing I love most is that this elaborate, beautiful showroom with champagne, velvet rope, and doorman are all inside a Home Depot.
-
"Sure. I did have kind of a big breakfast."

South park is the light in these dark times

As someone who lives in Japan, everything he is saying about what Japanese toilets come equipped with is true. They also have options such as the sounds of nature to drown out the sounds of you taking a poo. They also have a special gas they release from the bowl with covers the smell as well. And yes, they DO clean you way better than toilet paper. I haven't had to use toilet paper in 6 years.

3:10 i love the music and ambience 😂😂😂 like he's just discovered toilet parad
-
I visited Japan in 2019 and using one of these toilets was one of my most memorable experiences. I recently purchased a home and plan to install these in each bathroom.
-
This entire episode genuinely opened my eyes to some stuff I had no idea about. Did some research and I can confirm it too. South Park has taught me so much about the world using satire and that's why I love it so much.
-
As a person who recently visited Japan and had this experience, I can 100% confirm that this is accurate.

3:20 🎵oh yeah...
-
The hilarious part is randy is just moaning in the room while the home depot worker just waits
-
I bought a bidet seat at the beginning of covid, and it's pretty damn great. It has a heated seat, heated water, varying sprays, and a dryer. It's pretty damn great.

The contrast between entering some flawless japanese art studio and the apron just killed me. Gotta love this show
