Today I eat ONLY cream puffs to see if I can take on the Mashle diet. He is a god among men and fears no magic. He is as powerful as any wizard but is fueled not by greed, power, or ambition. He is fueled by the ultimate resource - Cream Puffs.
Now, I shall take on his diet and his training to also become a great non-wizard who is fueled by cream and puffs.

Actually the answer to how Mash survives on only cream puffs is in the anime. In the episode in which they have to brew a potion, it is revealed that no matter what ingredients he uses, he always ends up making cream puffs. So he probably just uses a lot of high protein ingredients and creates athletic friendly cream puffs.

I bet peanut butter custard cream puffs would taste delicious (in case you need a version with more protein). Also chocolate protein powder in place of cocoa mix could help make make the cream puff diet more functional.

I can’t be sure if it happened in (what’s currently animated of) the anime yet, but in the manga, Mash has been shown drinking a protein shake once or twice as well. He also tries to do it at a specific point in the day for the sake of consistency.

i know this was made before the 2nd season but i guess the protien comes from the protien shake he drinks shown in one of the episodes in season 2. Nice video 🥳

LOL. I don't like sweets and prefer savory. There's something hilarious about Mashle and cream puffs. I loved the episode where he tried to make a formula and it becomes cream puff ;)
