I used to conduct all of interviews at my previous company. While we didn't ask this particular question, I can 100% confirm that this is the best approach! Not that you need my endorsement or anything haha

Weakness: Some people might say I procrastinate, but I like to think it's the lack of understanding when something needs to be finished. Like, if you give me an assignment, do you need it done by the end of the hour, day, week? Solution: Giving clear deadlines will help me be able to prioritize my workload and stay on schedule.

Did my interview in Japanese. My interviewer asked me how my friends would describe me in terms of strength and weakness. I literally told him that I can be impatient and will get angry (most times) but I do my best to control my emotions; he laughed so loud saying that he appreciates my honesty. He is now my manager. 😂

Thank you for the help i tend to freeze up when any interview qustion is asked as i overthink it. and sadly it has cost me a few interviews.. been formulating ansews in word now.
