I have been meaning to come to this video when I have the time and it is right on time. I have to finish watching. ...I am kinda trying to cut and clear emotions for a while from a guy I've known for about 2 years and this is perfect to learn during the waning moon. I need to do the shadow work (even old wounds from my past) in order to detach some of my emotions for this guy that I had high hopes for...usually when we start detaching they want to reattach -_- eyeroll lol and I just want to remove the emotions I have for now. I think i will write a healing poem as an exercise as part of my shadow work-- lol . Thank you for this -Nita
