No need to fear childbirth, the fear makes it much worse. I had 2 home waterbirths, best experience ever, no pain. I actually kind of want to have more kids so I can experience giving birth again. I think being home and relaxed helped a lot. Loved this interview!

I absolutely LOVE this couple .. they are made for each other .. their high vibe energy is through the roof and this is hands down my favorite interview!!! I saw this couple on tv and recognized them right away.. i think the Tamron Hall show .. anyways this was awesome!!! So real, honest, raw and inspiring!!! I am saving this to watch again when I need the inspiration!!!!!!

What a FANTASTIC interview! The fibroid story gave me goosebumps, seriously. So inspiring, so incredible! And what a lovely couple. I wish I could convince my husband to do my juice cleanses with me hahaha.

This was the best interview yet!! Absolutely inspiring and so down to earth. There can be so much judgement in the raw and plant strong community, it's nice to hear people admit they fall off the wagon occasionally.

I did a 30-day juice cleanse last spring, lost 10lbs, & a 5-day juice cleanse beginning of this October ๐ฅฐโผ๏ธ Iโm juicing everyday all through for the past 9-10 months, juicing a lot many days for the last 2-3 years, & intermittent fasting, eating mostly fruit, some afternoon veggies, occasional cheat meals, and working my way to someday achieving a 60-90 day juice cleanse! Have always wanted to learn how to double-dutch! Iโve been working at, & maintaining, mostly raw vegan since February 2016! ๐ซ โฎ๏ธโ๏ธ
