How to Create a Vision Board Using a Journal

Published 2020-01-11
For the last couple of years, I have created vision boards. And I’ve always ended up frustrated because they take a long time to make and in the end mean very little to me. Which means I end up putting it somewhere and forgetting about it.

For 2020, I decided to do something a little different. Instead of doing the typical vision board, I’m using my journal.

I've learned that to make a vision board POWERFUL, you have to be able to visualize it. That means having pictures & words more specific to you and what you want.

// WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1. A computer
2. A journal
3. Scissors
4. Glue stick (or double sided tape)
5. Ability to print (at home or a printing place)

// MAKING YOUR VISION BOARD:
1. Set your theme & figure out how you want to feel in 2020 (write it down).
2. Write your goals (that are in tune with theme & feelings).
3. Use Google & Pinterest to find pics that resonate (or use your personal pics to make it more meaningful).
4. Print, cut, and assemble
