I've watched both of them a few times. I noticed Mike Rashad King talks as a singular while 19 Keys talks as a collective. I think there is importance in both of their approaches to our problems because it starts with the individuals and they come together as the collective.

Mike’s definition of “alpha male” has me cackling. He literally said “more access to women.” I bet a lot of men think money or muscles make you “alpha”. The alpha men in my life are so much more than that. They are loving, interesting, smart, strong and gentle.
