Definitely loving the scruff. So handsome.👍 And you're right, everybody does have their twist, their take on everything. In our family we don't like lasagna because of the ricotta cheese. So I make my own and just add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and omit the ricotta and it turns out amazing. I say cook what you love. You're the one who has to eat it. No way is wrong. 😀
