It’s no secret that, in any game, people love to watch winners lose.

It doesn’t matter if it’s Faker, Fabian, the entirety of Astralis, or the awe-inspiring underdog OG. Dominance eventually breeds a community hunger for downfall. Especially if the team on top is flexing it.

See, it’s one thing if whoever’s dominating your esport is also humble. The darling of the scene, who looks as if they simply stumbled into success.

But it’s something else entirely if the dynastic dominator is also, well, a bit of a d*ck.

The editor probably has 2 files on his desktop: olofboost and coldzera jumping AWP
  • If there's not a knife kill try in a match, then there's no JW in that match.
  • @AdoraQT
The score editing team: how many times do you want us to put the Olofboost? The score: YES
  • @Stunex
JW avoiding handshakes before it was socially mandatory. Way ahead of his time, a visionary!
  • @jshrubz
As s1mple once said, "He look like pig." And that's pretty much the whole story.

get right is the most polite and friendly pro cs player that we´ll ever see on stage.
  • @DamienAlexander
He quit streaming, I remember visiting his stream 1 day and it was just a wall of people screaming OINK OINK. It was surreal.
  • @maulidonda
Imagine being so good they start attacking your physical appearance instead LMAO
  • @Seth_Kay
To be fair on fnatic, I'd be pissed too if I had to replay a competitive match like that on a technicality brought by the other team... Yeah, they were salty, but who wouldn't be in that case, really?
  • @pacisking
one of the most entertaining players out there.. not always the most accurate with the awp (well he isn't an classic awper, he is a hybrid player), has some bad days here and there but he always entertains.. knife kills, R8 kills, agressive awp plays, etc.. JW is what CS needs more to not just be a perfect boring game.

I can completely understand where JW was coming from with his keep whining and keep crying comments. They slapped them in overtime, they bitched. Then they beat them in the overtime replay. IMO talking a bit of shit is completely fair, NiP lost and complained. So when they lost the replay it was well deserved. Sure the not shaking hands was a bit cmon man but the bm and toxicity is straight up entertaining.

Money was on the line. Imagine replaying an overtime that u won, any teams would be hella salty bout this.

He handled the bullying like a chad. You can't bully a person for something if he embraces it.
  • @shak9558
Dude has taken the memes and the hate and just channelled it into one huge super meme... props to him, lots of people in his position wouldn't have the mental fortitude to keep on going with all the hate about something as insignificant as his physical appearance.

Man JW was insane back then. Always hella entertaining to watch. He was the definition of flashy. Going for hero plays day in and day out.
