    In other hand, scope of work can scale up rapidly leaving original job description in dust whilst compensation taking the time to linearly progress (& capped). + Management takes avoidance stance on the subject communication.

    As per my opinion ask for market range..... If you are really well in your skill set then ask for 200%😅 I saw people get 800% also salary hike on current market...
