When the U$A says they want to help you by building infrastructure in your country, they don't mean hospitals, roads, schools, etc. They mean military bases. --island country saying

Kaya pala ang gulo-gulo ng position ng Pilipinas sa pag-reresolba sa problema sa WPS. Di land kasi ang usapin ng paghimasok ng China dito at pagpapalakas sa armadong lakas ng bayan pero kung paano magamit ang kayamanan ng lugar para sa ikabubuti ng mga taongbayan.
