LMFAO were once a trailblazing Uncle-Nephew duo who took the world by storm earlier this decade with hits such as "Party Rock Anthem" and "Sexy and I know it". However, it felt as though one day, they were gone without a trace, never to be heard from ever again. Where are they now? What happened to LMFAO? We wanted to explore why LMFAO ended, during which we discovered an absolute goldmine of information about Redfoo and Sky Blu's catastrophic falling out.

This is, What Happened To LMFAO? (Their Brutal Decline)

Thank you guys for watching, like and sub if you enjoyed, SunnyV2 XO ❤

The idea for this video was partially inspired by "honest" who posted a video on a similar topic in February 2019 titled "LMFAO: Where Are They Now?" You can watch his version here -    • LMFAO: Where Are They Now?

"you just kept Shuffling without me" is so heartbreaking and hilarious at the same time

I worked with this girl at a Subway and thought she was completely lying when she said Red Foo was her cousin. She pulls up her Facebook with family pictures of this man at her high school graduation, I was shook to my core.
  • Party Rock Anthem has a special place in my heart because back in college while I was working on an important group project my group would dance to that instead of helping me
  • LMFAO is the primary example of why blood and money doesn't mix. They may have only existed for 4 years, but they absolutely RULED those 4 years.

They really came, party rocked, apologized, and left before anyone could ever forgive them. 😔

Its honestly kind of sad how big they blew up and how quickly the bottom fell out. Their music changed the mix of radio music at the time, like every other song was some kind of big room house there for a while. Really shows you that no matter how big you blow up, if you don't keep the ball rolling you can very quickly lose it all.
  • The grip that LMFAO's music had on my entire personality at 14 years old was truly unmatched

Their songs are part of my Vegas road trip playlist. I can't think of Vegas fun without thinking of LMFAO.

“Party rock anthem” was the most overplayed song ever and I’m not joking. Anyone who can take themselves back to 2011 knows how impossible it was to escape that song. The only other close contenders for most overplayed since then would be “I have a feeling” by black eyed peas or “shape of you” by Ed sheeran

I would not really call myself a fan of LMFAO, yet I can recite every one of their major hits. Just goes to show how famous they were. You couldn’t do almost anything without hearing one of their songs

It’s a very sad ending for them I completely understand why Sky Blu was mad when his uncle left him behind to tour. He probably thought they were going to make it together as family. I get how he felt betrayed but I can also see Red Foo’s point of view. This wasn’t his first time trying to make music and while for his nephew it was all new and fun he probably thought this was his last shot. For the first time in his career he was getting mainstream attention and probably was afraid of their success going away if he didn’t act fast. And I don’t blame him for thinking that way. At least he had some years of success cause he did lose his momentum after the tour.
  • I have never once gone out of my way to search for any single LMFAO song EVER in my life and I still know every word to most of their hit songs. Just goes to show how crazy popular they were
  • They came out of nowhere and made a couple of INSANELY popular hit songs, then vanished in what seemed like a year. And nobody really even seemed to notice they were gone, or at least not many that I knew of. It was definitely brutal like you said
  • LMFAO will always be the duo that made the BEST party vibe in history. If you think of the word "party", their music and style is the definition of it

This man's videos are so well done, here I am a year later, drunk, way too invested into a video documentary about LMFAO.
  • @NORTH02
They are one of my most vivid memories from 4th and 5th grade

A party rock remix would go number one for millions of years.
  • LMFAO would do insanely well if they dropped a new album today. They were such a unique duo who were genuinely fun to watch.
  • @YourBoyAlex
LMFAO give off One Hit Wonder vibes to me. Just instead of having one and only one hit, they had several hits.
